With our belief in the importance of "still the mind, open the heart, nuture the body, and honor the soul" Three Sisters' Spirit opened its doors in November of 2008. Our vision was to create a place of respite from the hectic pace of every day life.

Whether it's heart centered gifts, (everything from the irreverent to the sacred) a wellness sanctuary for the mind, body and spirit (offering individual sessions of reiki, massage, integrative therapies, counseling and life coaching) or programs, classes, training and workshops to empassion the soul and ignite the creative spark, Three Sisters' Spirit offers guidance, encouragement, and support.

Tonight's Reiki Share

Ahhhh. Another successful and satisfying Reiki Share tonight! Thanks to Annette, Cathy, Donna, and Nina for participating this evening.

Tonight really brought home for me what an important part Reiki Share can play for the beginner – tonight we had three folks newly attuned to Level One Reiki. Other than in class, this was their first experience working with someone other than themselves. Becoming accustomed to working with other people’s energy fields is an important part of the Reiki practitioner’s experience, and they had the opportunity to do this in a safe and accepting atmosphere.

I also realized just how important Reiki Share can be for the more experienced practitioner. It was positively wonderful to be there and watch the wonder of discovery and the delight on their faces as they felt things for the first time. I felt grateful to be able to answer any questions that I could, or to clear up uncertainties. I also had the opportunity to share my experiences, and ask questions of other practitioners.

Again, thanks to all who came – Reiki Share is one of my favorite parts of being a practitioner. I love this opportunity to sit in a circle with others who are in a position to uniquely understand just where you’re coming from, and to share our questions, our joy, and our experiences with Reiki.

Until the next time!
Carolyn
